📦 Shipping & Delivery

First things first:
Order 3 or more onesies and we’ll cover the shipping costs.

How long does delivery take?
Our onesies are made after you place your order to avoid overproduction. Production normally takes 1–2 business days. Your order is then shipped.
Most orders arrive within a total of 4–6 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free when you order 3 or more onesies. For orders of one or two onesies, shipping costs $4.99 within the USA and €4.99 within the EU. Rates for other countries are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout.

What happens if my delivery is late?
If your order arrives more than six business days after it was placed, you’ll receive a voucher worth $5 or the equivalent amount in your local currency. Email us at service@pooppatrolbabywear.com and include your order number.

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
