SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs
Shipping is free when you order 3 or more onesies.

For orders of one or two onesies, the shipping costs shown on the relevant product page and at checkout apply.

Production and delivery time
All our onesies are made especially for you after you place your order. This helps us avoid overproduction. Production normally takes 1–2 business days. Your order is then shipped.

Most orders arrive within a total of 4–6 business days.

$5 voucher for late delivery
If your order arrives more than six business days after it was placed, you’ll receive a voucher worth $5 or the equivalent amount in your local currency. Email us at service@pooppatrolbabywear.com and include your order number.

Order tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Local production
Whenever possible, our partner Gelato produces and ships your order from a production facility close to you. This helps reduce shipping distances and CO₂ emissions.
