Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue. Always include a photo of the item and a description of the problem.
Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
The items we offer are print-on-demand products and are therefore considered personalized. These cannot be returned unless the delivered item has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was delivered. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
Returning the received item is the quickest way to obtain the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
