Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Poop Patrol Babywear. If a onesie does not fit or meet your expectations, you can return it under our voluntary return policy.

Our voluntary return policy applies in addition to your statutory rights. The conditions for voluntary returns below do not restrict any statutory right of withdrawal or your rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied items.

30-day voluntary return policy

To qualify for a voluntary return, the item must:

be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged,
be in its original condition, and
be returned with any tags originally supplied with it.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy also applies to discounted standard items.

How do I request a return?

Email us at service@pooppatrolbabywear.com and include your order number and the item you would like to return.

We will send you the return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending a voluntary return so that we can match the items to your order.

You do not need our prior approval to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal. The rules set out further below apply to that right.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs when using our voluntary return policy.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the costs required to provide the remedies available under applicable law. Please contact us so that we can coordinate the next steps with you.

Refunds for voluntary returns

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If the conditions of our voluntary return policy are met, we will refund the purchase price paid for the returned items to your original payment method.

Returns are normally processed within 5–10 business days after we receive them. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are not refunded under our voluntary return policy. The separate refund rules and deadlines below apply when you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at service@pooppatrolbabywear.com.

Please include your order number and describe the problem. A photo can help us process your request, but it is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights. You do not lose those rights solely because you did not report a defect immediately after delivery.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or design, you can return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the onesie you want.

This does not affect any statutory right to a replacement for a defective or incorrectly supplied item.

Cancellations

Our onesies are produced after an order is placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

Once production has started, we may no longer be able to accommodate a voluntary cancellation. Your statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.

Personalized products

Our regular Poop Patrol designs in the available standard sizes are not personalized products simply because they are produced after an order is placed. They can be returned in accordance with this policy.

Special return conditions may apply to items made to your individual specifications, such as items featuring your own name, text, or photo. We will inform you before purchase if our voluntary return policy does not apply. Whether a statutory right of withdrawal is also excluded depends on the applicable legal requirements.

Gift cards

Gift cards are excluded from our voluntary return policy. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Statutory right of withdrawal for EU consumers

The following information concerns purchases of goods. Any additional consumer rights available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

If you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins when the final item is received. If a single item is delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the period begins when the final lot or piece is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or post:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but using the form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract in full, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. This does not apply if we have offered to collect the goods.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any additional fees because of the reimbursement.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that 14-day period expires.

You may return the goods to the address stated above. If we provide another suitable return address for processing your return, you may use that address. Meeting your statutory deadlines does not depend on obtaining prior return authorization.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value only if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

A statutory exception may apply, in particular, to goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalized to the consumer’s needs.

Producing a regular onesie featuring one of our existing standard designs in a selectable standard size does not, by itself, constitute such personalization.
